I have been coached and mentored by Kiran while attempting to realize determine the best career goals/path for myself. My expectations were quite different from what one might anticipate in a typical coaching session. Kiran was accommodating on the request, he made it a point to think through and tailor the coaching approach as per my specifics. His feedback at the end of each session involved points to ponder upon along with possible actions to build upon. He personally followed up to enquire upon my progress and if any intermittent help was required. Being one of his early mentees I found his passion for coaching to be genuine with an intent to make a difference.

A very passionate person at work, has pursued quality management in its right earnest. Very focussed and hard working, its always a pleasure to see his energy levels always very high. A true evangelist of customer care, has always stood for delivering the best.

I worked with Mr. Varri for around 2 years. He is a great mentor and leader. Under his guidance, we took various Six Sigma initiatives which helped us improve our HR processes. We also worked on an HR project wherein he gave his valuable insights so that we could successfully implement it. He has surely helped me hone my presentation skills and helped me excel at work. I would strongly recommend him, he will be a great asset to any organization.

Though Kiran and myself have not worked together ever. But we both together share something in common i.e. our passion towards helping organizations drive Change Management Initiatives successfully. We often discuss and brainstorm how to implement new and old process improvement techniques for the benefit of all. His work done on Lean & Disruptive Innovation & Thinking is very impressive. From Bank till Hotels, Kiran has created his footprints. I wish you all the success in life .........

The thing that used to always surprise me about Kiran was his ability to look at things differently. He is amongst one of the most diligent people that I have had an opportunity to work with.
A master at Six Sigma, Kiran always had ideas which could enhance business productivity, in my case it was room sales.
He has always been a helpful colleague at work and a good friend outside. A definite value adds to any organization that he is associated with.
